Production & delivery
Every piece is 3D printed to order in Australia. Once your details are confirmed, your order is printed and dispatched within 3-5 business days, with free shipping Australia-wide on every order.
Quality & care
Each item is checked by hand before it ships. To keep it looking its best, wipe clean with a soft dry cloth and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or hot places (like a parked car) for long periods.

FAQs
How long does it take to make and ship?
Every piece is made to order on our printers in Melbourne, but we're fast. Standard items are usually printed within 1-2 business days, and your order is in the post within 3-4 business days of you placing it. Australian shipping then takes 2-5 business days on top. Personalised pieces (anything with a custom photo, name or sculpt) can take a day or two longer depending on complexity. Need it for a specific date? Message us and we'll usually make it work.
What materials are these made from? Are they durable?
We print in PLA, a durable, plant-based plastic that holds detail beautifully and lasts for years with normal use. Keep pieces out of direct sunlight and away from heat (don't leave them in a hot car or above a heater) and they'll stay looking great. Most pieces are wipe-clean with a damp cloth. Specific care notes for this product are listed above.
Can I personalise it? How does that work?
Yes, most of our pieces can be personalised with a name, photo, date or message. Just fill out the form, add as much information as you can and we'll print it that way. If you need something more custom than the options shown - different colours, a custom design, a one-off request - message us and we'll quote.
What's your returns policy on personalised items?
Because every personalised piece is made specifically for you, personalised items can't be returned or refunded for change of mind. We do replace anything that arrives faulty or damaged in transit. Just send us a photo within 7 days and we'll sort it. For non-personalised "as shown" items, you have 14 days to return for a refund (item must be unused and in original packaging).
Do you offer bulk, wholesale, or B2B custom branding?
Yes, several of our pieces (keychains, bar accessories, signs) are popular as branded merch for breweries, distilleries, offices, weddings and events. For orders of 25+, or for custom logo/branding work, get in touch via our Contact page and we'll come back with bulk pricing and timing.
